What to include

To help us answer quickly, please send your email from the address on your Meshsmith account and include the details below.

• Billing or subscription questions: your plan (Pro or Studio) and the date of the charge. You can change or cancel your plan yourself at any time under Manage billing in your account.
• A generation that went wrong: the prompt, roughly when you ran it, and the quality you chose. Credits for failed generations come back automatically. Contact us if they have not.
• Refunds and cancellation: read our Refund and Cancellation Policy, then email us with "Refund" in the subject line.
• Deleting your account: email us from the address on your account with "Delete my account" in the subject line. We delete your account and its models within 30 days.
• Privacy requests, such as asking for a copy of your data or for it to be corrected or deleted: put "Privacy request" in the subject line. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.
• Copyright or trade mark complaints: put "Takedown" in the subject line and include the details listed in the "Copyright and takedown" section of our Terms of Service.
